Submit Your Maintenance Request
We make every effort possible to expedite our tenant’s requests in an effort to keep the home you live in operational and comfortable for you and your family. Although we love talking to all of our tenants, we are not always available to talk on the phone. As a solution to this, we offer each tenant the ability to submit maintenance requests through a tenant portal or through our maintenance line. If you have not setup your tenant portal please call us at (904) 389-7311.

Portal Maintenance Requests
If you have set up your tenant portal please follow the steps below to submit a maintenance request:
- Login to your tenant portal.
- Put in your email address and password in the designated fields.
- Once logged in please select the maintenance request link.
- Fill out the proper fields and click the submit button.
- When a request is received by our staff, we will contact you within 24-36 hours.
- A work order will be created and sent to a preferred vendor to work on the issue.
