Professional Property Manager Since 1995
Caryn began her real estate career 1994 as an administrative assistant to the Broker/Owner of a local firm. She enjoyed the industry so much she decided to become a licensed real estate agent with the intent of specializing in property management. And she did just that! Caryn currently applies her knowledge and abilities as an experienced property manager for Spectrum Realty Services Jacksonville office.
In addition to being a Realtor, Caryn is a member of the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NAPRM) and President 2006 of NEFARPM, the local chapter. Through this association she is able to keep abreast of local, state and national changes to legislation, marketing trends, and the local rental market
Caryn and her daughters are active members of Avondale Methodist Church. They also enjoy “getting away from it all” on road trips and vintage camping in their ’71 Serro Scotty camper. Hanging out at Suwannee Music Park is another of their favorite past times. They share their home with a miniature schnauzer, a basset hound, and a ferret. The ferret actually thinks he’s a dog.
After graduating from Fletcher Senior High and Florida State College of Jacksonville, Caryn spent time as a young adult in Baltimore, Maryland, where she worked in the cemetery industry prior to returning to Jacksonville.
